When you click a product link and make a qualifying purchase on Amazon within 24 hours, we receive a commission. The commission varies by product category but is typically between 1% and 4%.

What this means for our reviews

Nothing, in practice. We tested over 57 label makers before recommending any of them. Several products we tested and did not recommend pay higher commissions than the ones we did recommend. Our picks are based on actual performance, tape cost, build quality, and real-world use - not commission rates.

If a product is bad, we say so. If a cheaper option beats a more expensive one, we say that too. The goal is to help you buy the right label maker, not the most profitable one for us.

Other things worth knowing
